Script description
Section titled “Script description”Very little is known about the Pungchen script. It is associated with the Bön religious tradition and was used for writing texts in the Zhang Zhung language. A closely related script is the Pungchung script.
This script is not currently recognized by the ISO 15924 standard
, but is included in Writing Systems Technical Resources for research purposes. If you have any information on this script, please add the information to this site.
