Unicode Status for Sheek Bakrii Saphaloo

The Sheek Bakrii Saphaloo (sometimes called Oromo) script is not yet in Unicode. The script has a tentative allocation at U+1C800..U+1CB2F in the Roadmap to the SMP for the Unicode Standard.
